Welcome! I’m Hailey.
I am the founder and creative behind Trouvaille Events, and I’m so excited you’re here. Starting this business has been a dream of mine for years, and 2025 became the year I finally took the leap of faith to make it a reality. With a bachelor’s degree in business and years of experience in the wedding industry under the guidance of some truly inspiring and amazing mentors, I bring a blend of professionalism, creativity, and heartfelt passion to every wedding I get to be a part of.
My journey to this moment has been shaped by many and diverse professional experiences—my time in the military, healthcare, construction, interior design, and more. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: my love for creating intentional, elevated, and meaningful moments. I believe life is meant to be celebrated, and I pour that belief into every wedding I plan.
As a mom of four beautiful daughters, I know how important it is to live in the moment. That’s why I work tirelessly to ensure that my couples feel the magnitude of love and joy surrounding them on their wedding day—without the stress. 01. Consultation call
After confirming your date is still available, we will schedule a free consultation call. During our consultation, we’ll discuss your wedding vision, style, and ideas. We’ll also talk through services, answer any questions, and explore how we can best bring your dream day to life. By the end, you’ll have a clear picture of options to create a wedding that feels uniquely yours.
02. Design + Planning
In the planning and design stage, your wedding vision starts to come to life. We’ll work together to develop a detailed plan covering everything from venue and floral design to color schemes and décor. Depending on the planning or floral package you choose, these next steps may vary, but they’ll typically include creating a mood board + design concepts with regular check-ins to keep you updated. Our goal is a smooth, intentional process that leads to a beautiful and stress-free wedding day.
03. Execute
The execution stage is where all our planning and design efforts come together for your perfect wedding day. We handle every detail day-of to ensure a seamless experience. From coordinating vendors and managing timelines to overseeing setup and resolving any last-minute issues that may arise, our team makes sure everything runs smoothly. You can relax and enjoy your day, knowing we’re taking care of everything to make your wedding as magical as you’ve envisioned it to be.
